Hotel accounts

Airport transfer accounts for hotels in BCP

Guests ask reception for Heathrow at 4am, or a Gatwick pickup after a delayed long-haul. A hotel account means a rate card on the desk, a named driver at your door and one invoice at the end of the month.

  • Heathrow £150
  • Gatwick £175
  • Southampton cruises £90

What's included

  • A printed rate card

Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southampton, Bournemouth and the cruise ports. Reception quotes a number, not “we’ll see”.

  • Guest pays, or hotel pays

Charge the room, take a card at the desk, or put it on a monthly account. We set the default you actually use.

  • Book by email

Name, room, flight and pickup time to the account booking email. We confirm the car back to reception, so the night manager isn't guessing.

  • The right door

East and West Overcliff are one-way and some forecourts are hotel-only. We confirm the entrance the night before, not in the bay with the hazards on.

  • Conference and cruise days

BIC conferences, the Air Festival, cruise turnarounds at Southampton — extra cars on the same account when you send the rooming list.

  • Families and groups

Large MPVs and the V-Class take up to seven guests with luggage, and child seats are fitted free.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the hotel

The property, the airports guests use and whether reception charges the guest or the room.

  2. 2

    Account pack the same day

A rate card, a one-page desk sheet, the pickup point for your building and the account booking email.

  3. 3

    Reception books, we confirm

Reception emails each booking. We confirm the car and driver back to the desk, and invoice monthly.

Covering BCP hotel streets properly

Holiday guests mostly fly from Heathrow and Gatwick. City breaks and some corporate guests use London City; low-cost flights go from Luton and Stansted; and local flights from Bournemouth and Southampton. The rate card covers all of them, plus the cruise terminals at Southampton for turnaround days.

We know the hotel streets: East Cliff, West Cliff, Sandbanks, Christchurch and Poole Quay— not a generic “Bournemouth hotel” pin. Guests staying at an airport hotel the night before an early flight can book those too: Heathrow airport hotels are from £150 and Gatwick from £175.

Setting the account up

A short call or email with the general manager or head of reception. We agree the rate card, who can book, whether the guest pays or the hotel is invoiced, and the pickup point for your building. Use the form below, call 01202 028334, write to hello@sandbanks.taxi, or print the desk card. Language schools and student residences have their own school account.

Put a rate card on the desk

Tell us the hotel, the usual airports and how reception charges guests. We send the account pack the same day.

Questions, answered

How does a hotel account work?

You get a rate card for the desk and an account booking email. Reception emails each booking, we confirm the car back, and you are invoiced monthly — or guests pay directly, whichever you choose.

Can the guest pay instead of the hotel?

Yes. Charge the room, take a card at the desk, or put it on the monthly account. We set the default you actually use.

Which airports are on the rate card?

Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton, Stansted, Southampton and Bournemouth, plus the Southampton cruise terminals.

How do you know where to collect guests?

We agree the pickup point for your building when the account opens, and confirm the entrance the night before each early pickup.

Can you handle a conference or a big cruise day?

Yes. Send the rooming list and times and we put on extra cars on the same account.
