What "premium" actually means here

Premium isn't about charging more — it's about doing the basics properly, every time. Most local operators talk about reliability. We built a standard that defines what reliability looks like, and we hold every driver to it.

• Punctual. Your driver arrives 5 minutes before pickup, every time. We monitor traffic and recommend a pickup time when you book — you never have to guess.
• Spotless. Clean vehicle inside and out, every shift. Bottled water on the seat, phone charging in every car.
• Discreet. No loud music, no chatter if you'd rather work or rest. Female driver on request, particularly for solo travellers.
• Fixed-price honest. The price we quote is the price you pay. No meter, no surge, no airport-parking surprises. Pickup fees, tolls and 60 minutes of waiting are all included.

How we actually run

This is not a national aggregator with a Poole postcode glued on. Bookings come in on WhatsApp and the website form. Fares are published before you message us. Drivers are council-licensed private hire (BCP or East Dorset), not a taxi rank. We don't invent review scores; when there are Google reviews, they'll go on this page.

The name is the geography. A 4am pickup on Panorama Road is a different job from a Christchurch one — ferry, Shore Road, no second way off the spit. That's the standard we sell.

Our fleet

We don't pretend to own a fleet of luxury cars we don't have. What we do have is a carefully-chosen range of clean, comfortable vehicles across 7 classes, from a standard saloon through to a Mercedes V-Class for groups. Every car is maintained, valeted before each job, and driven by a licensed, DBS-checked driver.
