West Cliff covers the BIC, Exeter Road, Durley Chine and the hotels along West Overcliff Drive. Conference mornings and event days at the BIC change the traffic; we treat those as a known delay, not a surprise. Durley Chine and Tregonwell Road are steep and tight for a large MPV. Airport work here is hotels, the BIC, and the apartments toward Alum Chine. For Heathrow we leave via the town toward the A338 rather than wandering the chine roads. If you are at a West Overcliff hotel, say which one — “West Cliff” is a neighbourhood, not a driveway.
BIC event days need extra time. Name the hotel or the chine; a large MPV may not like Tregonwell Road, so we confirm access.
