Heathrow Airport transfers

About Heathrow Airport

Meet & greet at all five terminals (T2, T3, T4, T5). Driver monitors your live landing time and meets you in Arrivals; airport pickup fees included in your fixed quote.

What to expect at Heathrow

Five terminals. T5 is British Airways; T2 Star Alliance; T3 mixed long-haul including Virgin; T4 sits on the south side and needs a few extra minutes from the M25. Tell us the terminal on the booking — “Heathrow” alone is not enough.

Drop-off and parking

We drop on the booked terminal forecourt. Heathrow’s drop-off charge is in the published fare, not added on the day.

Staying the night before? Heathrow airport hotels are the same fixed fare as the terminal — from £150 in an estate car.

Heathrow vehicle prices

Published Heathrow from-prices for a pickup in Poole, Bournemouth or Christchurch. Same figures as the route pages (published price list, September 2026). Drop-off included. We do not advertise a cheaper estate than this table.

• Estate Car — £150
• Electric Vehicle — £175
• Executive Estate — £175
• Luxury Car — £220
• Small MPV — £175
• Large MPV — £220
• Mercedes V Class — £260

Heathrow transfers from BCP & Dorset

Pick a town for the dedicated route page — drive time, vehicle prices and pickup notes for that postcode, not a generic “Dorset to Heathrow” blurb.

Minutes below are from the live route pages for Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Lilliput, Poole, Parkstone, Branksome Park, Bournemouth and Christchurch. Remaining towns: see the route page — we do not guess minutes here.

Most booked: Poole to Heathrow, Bournemouth to Heathrow, Sandbanks to Heathrow and Christchurch to Heathrow.

Landing at Heathrow? Taxi from Heathrow to Poole, Taxi from Heathrow to Bournemouth, Taxi from Heathrow to Christchurch and Taxi from Heathrow to Sandbanks.

Taxi vs train vs coach from Heathrow to Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch

Searching Bournemouth to Heathrow train, a coach or bus from Heathrow toward Dorset, or a taxi / airport transfer from Heathrow to Bournemouth, Poole or Christchurch? Here is the honest split.

• Private airport transfer (Sandbanks Chauffeurs) — Door to door from T2–T5. Published off-peak: Christchurch ~90 min · Bournemouth ~95 · Poole ~100 · Sandbanks ~105 (M25 can add 30–45 min). No changes; bags in the boot; one fixed car for groups; meet & greet + flight tracking late night. From £150 estate car (drop-off and Heathrow pickup fees in the quote).
• Train — Tube/Elizabeth line into London, then South Western toward Bournemouth or Poole. Longer door-to-door; usually one+ changes; luggage/platform hassle; last trains may miss landings. Sometimes cheaper solo.
• National Express / coach — Lowest cash fare; slowest door-to-door; set stops; timetable-limited late night; not your address.

Families, couples with cases, or late landings usually prefer the private car. Solo travellers on a tight budget sometimes take the train or coach and book a short local pickup once they are in BCP.

Terminal, waiting time and the return fare

Heathrow pickup and drop-off are the terminal on the ticket: T2, T3, T4 or T5. T5 is British Airways. T4 sits on the south side and needs a few extra minutes from the M25. We confirm the terminal the day before, because airlines move.

After landing, 60 minutes of waiting is included. The driver tracks the flight and meets you in Arrivals with a name board.

The return is the same published fare. An estate car is from £150 whether the pickup is in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch or Sandbanks, or at Heathrow itself. Book the airport as the pickup for the journey home.
