Poole is the working heart of the BCP conurbation and our base of operations. The town spans a wide postcode area (BH12 through BH17) — pickups range from Poole Quay and the Old Town in the south to Creekmoor and Broadstone in the north. The A350 and A35 give fast access to the A31 for eastbound airport runs, with typical Heathrow transfer times of 95-110 minutes off-peak. Poole Quay and the Old Town have narrow one-way streets and restricted parking, so pickups there need a confirmed meeting point — the quayside by the lifeguard station or the Towncellars works well. Further north, Creekmoor, Oakdale and Broadstone are easy residential pickups with direct access to the A31 via the A349. Morning school traffic along the A3049 corridor (the so-called 'Poole Spur') can add 10-15 minutes between 8-9am, which we always factor into Heathrow and Gatwick quotes.
