What's included

  • Timed to your train

Tell us the train time — and for Eurostar the check-in time — and we plan the pickup backwards from it.

  • The right entrance

St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston sit side by side. We drop at the entrance for your platform, not just the postcode.

  • Room for the cases

Estate cars take three suitcases; heavy luggage or a group of seven goes in a Large MPV or V-Class.

  • Fixed price

Agreed before you travel, with drop-off and congestion charges included where they apply.

  • Collected from the train

Coming back? We meet you at the station exit you name at the time your train gets in.

  • Child seats free

Travelling with children? Every type of child seat is fitted free — tell us the ages when you book.

Choose by passengers and luggage

Three with cases fits the estate car. Five to seven, or lots of luggage for a long trip abroad, needs a Large MPV or V-Class.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book with the train time

Add the station, the train time and, for Eurostar, the check-in time. You get a fixed price straight away.

  2. 2

    Pickup planned backwards

We set the pickup to get you there with time to spare, allowing for the A31, M3 and London traffic.

  3. 3

    Dropped at the door

Your driver drops you at the station entrance you need and helps with the cases.

Getting to the station from Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch

The direct train from Bournemouth and Poole to London Waterloo is fine with a briefcase. With suitcases, children or a Eurostar connection it gets harder: a change at Waterloo, the Underground across London, and a tight check-in at St Pancras. A car from your door to the Eurostar entrance takes that whole leg off your hands.

Eurostar asks you to arrive well before departure — check the time on your ticket and tell us when you book. We plan the pickup from that time, not the departure time, and allow for the M3 and central London traffic on the way in.

Closer to home, Southampton Central and Southampton Parkway are about 45 minutes away — Parkway is next to Southampton Airport — and Bournemouth station is around 20 minutes from most of BCP. They are useful for CrossCountry trains north, early services when buses aren't running, or when you simply have more luggage than you want to carry.

Cruise or flight after the train?

For sailings see cruise transfers, and for flights see the airport pages — the same fixed-price service, door to terminal.
