Alongside our own cars we work with partner operators and a network of over 50 licensed drivers, so a whole group can travel together.
Timed around event traffic
Event days are the busiest on the roads. We plan early departures and use the organisers' drop-off and pick-up arrangements.
Collection when you're ready
The driver waits nearby or returns at an agreed time, and stays in touch by phone if the day runs late.

From the South Coast to the big events
Most of the events we drive to are two hours or more from Poole and Bournemouth, on the busiest roads of the year. Booking a car means nobody has to drive, park in a field or leave early to beat the queues home.

Which events do you cover?

How is event transport priced?
Wembley, Twickenham and the O2 have fixed one-way prices. Everything else is quoted for the whole job — outward, waiting or return — and agreed before the day.
Can you send several cars for one group?
Yes. We work with partner operators and a network of over 50 licensed drivers, so we can send several cars on one booking, timed to arrive together.
Does the driver wait during the event?
The driver can wait nearby for the day or return for an agreed collection time. We quote whichever works out better for you.
Can our company pay by invoice?
Yes. Businesses can book on a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and travel companies and agencies can work with us on a trade account.
