Built for schools, agents and parents
Whether you're a language school booking a term's worth of arrivals, an agent arranging travel for a group, or a parent sending a young learner to Bournemouth, the priority is the same: a driver you can trust, there on time, every time.
What we provide
- Airport meet & greet. Driver waits in arrivals with a name board at Heathrow, Gatwick, Southampton or Bournemouth — students who've never been to the UK are never left looking for a car.
- DBS-checked drivers. Every driver holds a current council private-hire licence and an enhanced DBS check — essential for under-18 young learners.
- Supervised under-18 transport. Door-to-door handover to the school or homestay, with confirmation back to your welfare team on drop-off.
- Homestay & residence runs. Transfers to and from host families and student residences across BCP, including regular scheduled runs during term.
- Group arrivals. Several students on the same flight, or multiple flights on a busy intake day — coordinated with the right vehicles, including 7-seat MPVs.
- School accounts. One monthly invoice, authorised bookers, priority at peak intake weeks and a dedicated account manager. No chasing receipts.
We know the term calendar
Summer intakes fill every car in town. We plan capacity around the main arrival and departure weekends, so your students aren't the ones left waiting when demand peaks. Share your intake dates and flight lists and we'll build the schedule around them.
Talk to us about a school account and we'll set up a simple booking process for your welfare and admissions teams — and a fixed price list for your most common airport runs.
