Students land tired, often under 18 and often at Luton or Stansted at unsocial hours. We meet them in arrivals, take them to the school, residence or homestay, and confirm the drop-off to your welfare team.

What's included
You send the flight list
Name, age, flight, terminal, homestay or residence address and any unaccompanied-minor notes. Ten days' notice is ideal; short notice we often still help.
Priced per car, not per person
A fixed fare for the vehicle. Two students on the same flight can share the car and the cost.
Meet & greet in arrivals
A name board, help with the luggage, and the flight tracked, so a delay doesn't mean a missed homestay.
Under-18 handover
Enhanced DBS, door to door to the host or the school, and a drop-off confirmation back to welfare. Never left on a doorstep.
Homestay addresses
We know the streets schools use — Winton, Charminster, Southbourne, Iford, Lansdowne, Westbourne and Poole. The pin is the house.
One monthly invoice
Authorised bookers in admissions and welfare, itemised jobs, and a named contact who answers at intake weekend.

Student arrivals in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch
Bournemouth is one of the busiest English-language destinations in the UK, and summer intake weekends bring many students in from the London airports on the same Sunday. Ryanair and Wizz Air mean Luton and Stansted as often as Heathrow and Gatwick; London City turns up on European business and some family tickets. We publish all of those routes, not only the easy ones.
On the main Sunday in and Sunday out we plan the cars around your calendar, grouping students who land on the same flight into one MPV. Share the dates early and we line up the cars before you sell the transfer to the student.
Who this is for
Language schools, colleges, university accommodation teams, overseas agents, and parents booking a named driver rather than a coach with two changes. If you already have a provider, we can still help on busy Sundays when you need an extra car — a normal way to start. How does a school account work?
Authorised staff send the flight list by email, we confirm each car and driver, students are met in arrivals and taken to the door, and you get one itemised invoice each month.
Do you look after students under 18?
Yes. Drivers are enhanced DBS-checked, students are taken door to door to the host or school, and we confirm each drop-off to your welfare team.
Is it priced per student?
No, per car. Students on the same flight can share a car and the cost.
Which airports do you cover?

How much notice do you need?
