What's included
Child seats, free
Rear-facing, harness, high-back and booster seats — whichever each child needs, fitted before we arrive. No hire charge.
Room for the pram
Tell us about the pushchair, travel cot and cases when you book and we send a car with the boot space for all of it.
Drivers who help
Every driver is licensed and DBS-checked, loads the boot and waits while you settle the children. A female driver is on the team if you prefer.
Flight tracking home
We watch your return flight. If it lands late, the pickup moves with it, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
The whole family, one car
Up to 7 passengers in a Large MPV or Mercedes V-Class, so grandparents travel with you instead of in a second taxi.
Fixed price
The price you book is the price you pay — parking and drop-off charges included, no meter, no surcharge for car seats.
Child seats we fit
Tell us each child's age when you book and we fit the right seat. All four types are free.
Rear-facing seat
1 to 18 months
High-back seat with harness
18 months to 4 years
High-back seat with seatbelt
4 to 6 years
Booster seat
6 to 11 years
Bringing your own seat? That's fine. We fit it on the way out, store it securely while you're away and have it ready for your return pickup.

Which car for your family?
Count everyone, including babies, and every child seat. Three child seats rarely fit across one back row, so three children usually means an MPV.

Seats fitted, driver named
Before the day you get your driver's name. They arrive with the child seats already fitted and help load the pushchair and cases.

We track your return flight and meet you in arrivals, so nobody is waiting at the kerb with tired children.
Family airport runs from Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch
Most family trips start with an early flight in the school holidays, and that is when the roads out of Dorset are busiest. The A31 through Ringwood and the M27 and M3 fill up on Friday afternoons and the first Saturday of the holidays, so we build extra time into the pickup rather than rushing the last few miles.
From Sandbanks the Sandbanks Ferry is the quick way east, but in summer the queue on Shore Road can be long. We check it on the day and go round through Poole if that is faster, so you are never stuck in a line of traffic with the flight clock running.
Heathrow is about 95 miles and 100 minutes from Poole off-peak; Gatwick is around ten minutes further. For a 6am flight that means an early pickup, and it is the reason families book a car: the children can sleep in their seats instead of waking up for a train change at Southampton or Woking. For shorter hops, Bournemouth Airport is about half an hour from most of BCP and Southampton Airport under an hour.
Child seats and the law
UK law lets licensed taxis and private hire cars carry children without a child seat in some cases. We don't rely on that. If you tell us the children's ages, every child gets the right seat for their age and size, fitted before we arrive.
Planning the day itself? Our parent's checklist for family airport transfers covers what to pack in the car and how to time the pickup.
Questions, answered
Do you charge for child seats?
No. Rear-facing, harness, high-back and booster seats are all free. Tell us each child's age when you book so we fit the right one.
Which child seats do you have?
A rear-facing seat for 1 to 18 months, a high-back seat with harness for 18 months to 4 years, a high-back seat that uses the seatbelt for 4 to 6 years, and a booster seat for 6 to 11 years.
Can we bring our own car seat?
Yes. We fit it on the way to the airport, store it securely while you are away and have it ready in the car for your return pickup.
Will the pushchair and all our luggage fit?
Tell us about the pushchair, travel cot and cases when you book. An estate car takes three suitcases and three cabin bags; with a pushchair or travel cot as well, we usually send a Small MPV, Large MPV or V-Class.
What if our flight home is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup to the real landing time. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, so there is time to collect bags and get the children through arrivals.
Can we ask for a female driver?
Yes. A female driver is part of the team — ask when you book and we will do our best to arrange it.
