Room for the luggage
Up to seven suitcases and seven cabin bags. Golf bags, skis or extra cases? Tell us and we plan the vehicle around them.
One price for the group
The fixed price is for the vehicle, not per person — parking and drop-off charges included. Split it however you like.
Flight tracking
We watch the return flight and meet you in arrivals. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Several pickups, one plan
Collecting people from two or three addresses in BCP? Add them to the booking — extra stops are priced when you book — and we plan the order and timing.
Child seats free
Travelling with children? Every type of child seat is fitted free — tell us the ages when you book.

One address or several — we set the order and the pickup times so everyone is ready when the car arrives.

We track the return flight and meet the whole group in arrivals with a name board.
Group trips from Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch
Most groups we move are families with grandparents, friends heading off on a golf or ski trip, and weekends away from Bournemouth and Poole. The common problem is the same: two taxis never arrive at the same time, and someone always ends up waiting at the terminal with half the luggage. One seven-seat vehicle solves that.
The Large MPV is the practical choice for seven people and seven suitcases. The Mercedes V-Class has the same seats with a more comfortable, conference-style cabin, and the extra-long version takes more luggage — ask for it if the group is carrying golf bags or skis.
If several of you are coming from different parts of BCP — say Canford Cliffs, Westbourne and Christchurch — put every address on the booking. We plan the route so the first pickup is not sitting in the car for an hour, and build in time for the A31 and M27 on busy Friday afternoons.
More than seven?
We send two or more of our own cars on the same booking and time them to arrive together. Tell us the headcount and the luggage and we will work out the right mix of cars to move everyone.
Questions, answered
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Up to seven passengers in a Large MPV or Mercedes V-Class, with up to seven suitcases and seven cabin bags. A Small MPV takes four.
Is the price per person?
No. The fixed price is for the whole vehicle — for example Heathrow from £220 one way in a Large MPV, however many of the seven seats you fill.
Can you collect us from more than one address?
Yes. Add every pickup address to the booking; any extra stops are priced when you book, and we plan the order and the timings.
We have golf bags or skis. Will they fit?
Tell us when you book. With seven people and full luggage we may send the extra-long V-Class or a second car so everything fits safely.
What if there are more than seven of us?
We send two or more of our own cars on the same booking, timed to arrive together.
