Solo female travellers

Airport transfers for women travelling alone

Travelling alone? For women on their own, a 4am pickup or a late landing shouldn't feel uncomfortable. You know your driver's name before the day, every driver is licensed and DBS-checked, and a female driver is on the team if you prefer.

  • Heathrow £150
  • Gatwick £175
  • Bournemouth Airport £40

What's included

  • Female driver on request

A female driver is part of the team. Ask when you book or call us, and we'll do everything we can to arrange her for your journey.

  • Licensed and DBS-checked

Every driver holds a council private hire licence and a current DBS check. No exceptions.

  • Named driver, confirmed in advance

Email and SMS confirmation with your driver's name before the day, so you know exactly who is collecting you.

  • Meet & greet in arrivals

We track your flight. Your driver waits in arrivals with a name board — the first 60 minutes after landing are free.

  • Discretion as standard

No personal questions and no pressure to chat. Work, rest or talk — it's your journey.

  • Fixed price, booked online

The price is agreed before you travel. No meter, no cash conversation at the kerb at midnight.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book and ask

Book online with your flight number and ask for a female driver in the notes, or call us to arrange it.

  2. 2

    Know who's coming

You get your driver's name by email and SMS before the day, and can share the booking details with someone at home.

  3. 3

Met at the door or in arrivals

From home, your driver comes to the door. At the airport, they wait in arrivals with a name board — no searching the car park.

Early starts and late landings from Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch

The journeys where this matters most are the early departures and the late returns. A 6am flight from Heathrow means leaving Poole or Bournemouth before 3am; a delayed Gatwick landing can mean arriving home after midnight. Those are exactly the times when waiting for a rank taxi, or a lift that might not turn up, feels least safe.

With a pre-booked car you know the name of your driver and the fixed price before the day. On the way home we track the flight, so if it lands at 11pm instead of 9pm your driver is still there in arrivals — you are never left looking for a car.

The same applies closer to home. Bournemouth Airport is about half an hour from most of BCP and Southampton Airport under an hour, and the service is the same on a short run as on a Heathrow trip: named driver, meet & greet, and a fixed fare.

Sharing your journey

Your confirmation shows the pickup, the destination and the driver. Forward it to a partner, friend or family member so someone else knows when you are travelling and who is driving.
