It shares BH14 with Parkstone and Lilliput, but the pickup is different: steeper roads, more gated drives, and a mix of mansion blocks and detached houses that sat-nav often places on the wrong side of the avenue. You get Sandbanks-adjacent access without the chain ferry. Eastbound we use Sandbanks Road or the A35 through Parkstone; westbound toward the A350 is slower because you fight the town. Early Heathrow pickups from here are some of our quietest — the avenue is empty before 6am.
Penn Hill Avenue has two distinct sides — pin the drive. Steep streets need the exact house; we do not wait on the yellow lines by Compton Acres.
