Friars Cliff is the clifftop between Mudeford and Highcliffe, above Avon Beach, with quiet residential roads and a lot of second-home airport work. It is among the most easterly housing we cover in BH23, so Heathrow and Gatwick are a few minutes quicker than from Poole. The cliff roads are fine for an estate; some of the closer-to-the-edge drives are tight. We do not collect from the Avon Beach car park unless you are actually there with luggage from a hut — houses get a house pin. Highcliffe Castle is next door but it is a different page; Friars Cliff is the residential cliff, not the castle car park.
